The Public Works Department maintains streets and right-of-ways, parks, and the Town's public facilities.

The Public Works staff is available Monday through Thursday from 6:30 AM - 3:30 PM and is located at 500 Toms Drive.

The Public Works Department provides the following services:

• Coordinates street and right-of-way maintenance
• Park maintenance and upkeep
• Maintains traffic signs and street signs
• Maintains public buildings and grounds
• Snow and ice removal
• Brush collection – as scheduled annually
• Leaf collection - curbside collection is scheduled from late October to early February (bagged leaves and small yard trimming are picked up year round by calling Town Hall)
• Removal of dead animals within the street right-of-way
